Hey! Thanks so much for stopping by!

My name is Emil (pronounced AIM-uhl) and I am the photographer behind Doxa Studio. I absolutely love creating amazing images for my clients and providing a great experience!

One of the best things about being a wedding and portrait photographer is that I get to know my clients. That is very important to me. So before I get to know you, here is some random info about me.

Now:

I married a gorgeous, amazing woman named Ainsley. (Married WAY over my head!)
We are expecting TWINS! :) :)
We have a German Shepherd named Bingley.
I am into all things design oriented. (I am a sucker for HGTV)
I love to dance.
I like watching MMA/UFC.
I enjoy traveling with my wife. (We went to Kauai for a honeymoon!)
I hate the feel of paper bags! (It is a texture issue.)
I am into all kinds of music, but really enjoy the soulful, singer/songwriter style.

Then:

I was born in New York. I grew up in Nashville (kinda...moved like 7 times growing up).
I loved watching wrestling.
I used to have a rat tail. (oh gosh...I cannot believe I just admitted that!)
I loved listening to groups like Boys II Men and the Jackson 5.
My favorite TV shows were Fresh Prince of Bel Air and Martin. (Some people say I have a good Carlton dance, but I don’t like to bust that out often.)
